Agarwood (Aquilaria) का असली मूल्य इसके अंदर बनने वाले resin में होता है, जो कि पेड़ को संक्रमित (inoculate) करने के बाद ही बनता है।

🔬 क्या होता है Inoculation?

यह एक वैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया है जिसमें पेड़ में विशेष microbial या chemical substance inject किया जाता है, जिससे resin का निर्माण शुरू होता है।

📋 Step-by-step Inoculation प्रक्रिया:

  1. 3-5 साल पुराने healthy पेड़ का चयन करें
  2. 6-10 mm drill machine से trunk पर छेद करें
  3. Bio-chemical या fungal inoculum को syringe द्वारा अंदर डालें
  4. Injection hole को cotton या wax से बंद करें
  5. 3–12 महीने बाद resin development शुरू होता है
